President

Gresham Hill began his work in ministry in 1994 while a student at King College (now King University) when he served as a part time youth leader in Wytheville, VA. He continued working in ministry serving as a full time children and/or youth leader at Briarwood in Birmingham, AL and First PCA in Brewton, AL.

In 1998, Hill left student ministry to get his MBA at the University of Alabama. While there, a friend asked him to assist in creating a ministry so that he could travel to share Christ. Hill asked his professor at the time if he could create a real company as part of his class project for his Entrepreneurship class.  Upon completion, Hill received a B for his work with the professor’s comment “you won’t make any money doing this.”

Upon graduation in 2000, Hill turned down an opportunity at Procter & Gamble and decided to accept an offer from the Board of Directors at the company that he had just created. For the next nine years, Hill served as Executive Director for this non-profit in Birmingham, AL, raised over $1M and served thousands of churches in their efforts to effectively share the Gospel through creative outreach events.

In 2008, Hill left that non-profit to work for Gresham Hill Management, Inc. This new company based in Nashville, TN sought to better equip gifted speakers, artists, and entertainers to more effectively share the Gospel. In 2009, Reach Your City was launched with the goal to provide churches and Christian organizations with solid, Christ-centered ministries for creative outreach events.

Today, Hill lives in Franklin, TN with his beautiful wife and two daughters.

Will was born and raised in Wilmington, NC. He previously spent almost 3 years at Reach Your City, and has 11 years experience working with churches. He lives with his wife, two girls, and boy in Carolina Beach, NC, and enjoys the ocean, watching soccer, and playing saxophone.

Artist Manager

Johnny Ellett is an artist manager that works with a wide variety of talent and music genres. He spent the first ten years of his career tour managing various artist from Tenth Avenue North, Frank Ocean, The Mavericks, The Band Perry and more. He is passionate about the live experience and helping artist connect with their audience. He and his wife Rosa love traveling, volunteering at the West Nashville Dream Center, and their three pups.
Annie Cunningham

Assistant Artist Manager

Annie was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and made Nashville, TN home in the fall of 2010. She has 12+ years of experience working with churches, faith based nonprofits and other Christian organizations. Her heart and desire is to be a part of advancing the gospel and helping to set others up for success within ministry. Annie always looks forward to spending time with her husband, Scott, both on and off the road. In her free time she enjoys traveling, live events, student ministry, photography, DIY projects, baseball and aunt life.
Kaitlyn Luce

Kaitlyn Luce

Assistant Artist Manager

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Port Saint Lucie, FL, and traded in Florida beaches for rolling Tennessee hills in 2015. She has worked in various areas of the music industry over the last five years, including record labels, artist management, and non-profit work. She is passionate about helping artists bring the life-changing news of the Gospel to churches and communities around the world. In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys hiking, going to concerts, swing dancing, and browsing the shelves of a used bookstore.

Karolyn Olson

Director of Advancement

Karolyn Olson is from the state of Wisconsin. She specializes in keeping events organized and running smoothly. Karolyn has a gift for administration and her heart and passion is to reach out to those who don’t know Jesus. Her background as a Ministry Coordinator in a large church has given her inside knowledge of how to help make your event run smoothly from promotion to travel logistics to tech details.  It is her goal to help take the stress out of planning and managing your event. Administrative Assistant

Ginny is the Administrative Assistant to our wonderful staff. Each day her attention to detail and great attitude help support our team in our goal to reach communities for Christ. Ginny is married and the mom of two great children. When she is not working, Ginny enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
