Chip Dean
Campus Pastor, Student Pastor, and Christian Speaker
Chip Dean has served in the capacity of middle school pastor and student pastor and is now the global student pastor over 4 campuses at LibertyLive.Church in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. He oversees several student leaders and trains, encourages, and motivates them to serve, teach, and love well. He is also the global campus pastor over all of the campuses as well as the campus pastor of Harbour View Ca-Campus in Suffolk, VA.
Church leaders reach out to request Chip to speak at pastors conferences, men’s conferences, Sunday morning services, and student events all over the United States. He is passionate about the Bible, evangelism, adoption, student ministry, leadership, disciple making, missional living and training up the next generation of ministry leaders. He jokingly shares that he’s been doing this a long time and has probably written a sermon on almost every Bible passage or topic there is. He is an anointed speaker whose purpose is to impact and influence the culture to think, lead, and live a gospel-centered lifestyle that makes disciples and lives on mission.
My ultimate passion is to see people saved, to encourage them to live the gospel, to inspire pastors to lead in a gospel-centered way, to motivate Christians to do discipleship, and to get believers on mission with the gospel!
Chip Dean grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball at Tuscaloosa Christian School. He has been involved in student ministry leadership since 1997 by volunteering, teaching, preaching, traveling, counseling, and pastoring. After graduating from Baptist Bible College in 2001 with a Bachelors in Biblical Studies, and interning for a year in Detroit, MI, Chip moved to Louisville, KY for seminary. Chip graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary’s Billy Graham School of Church Growth, Missions, and Evangelism in 2006 with a Masters of Divinity.
Chip is available for student conferences, camps, leadership development, school assemblies, marriage and family conferences, mission conferences, social justice and adoption issues
